Terms and conditions

Please read the terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase from Love From Lucy. By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. This includes all purchases made via the website, Facebook, Instagram and in person sales.

Photographs

All photographs are my own, unless otherwise stated.

All orders may be photographed and used for examples, across all Love From Lucy platforms, including website, Facebook or Instagram. If you wish to not have your order used for promotional use. Please send a message at the checkout, email or Facebook. 

Love from Lucy is a fully insured business.

Working hours

Working days and hours are not specified and will alter on a weekly basis. All correspondence will be replied to at the earliest convenience.

Order turn-around

As all our items are handmade to order (unless stated otherwise), once payment has been received please allow up to 3 weeks for it to be completed. Although this is usually much sooner. If you require an order for a specific deadline, before this timescale, please send me a message before ordering and I will let you know if this is possible. 

Prices

Prices are subject to change at any time but are correct at the time of posting. Any glitches, typos or errors are not required to be honoured. If an error is discovered at any time with regards to the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you at the earliest convenience, and give you the option to amend your order to the correct price, or cancel your order all together. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date. All prices are in pounds (£) and do not include postage unless stated otherwise.

Return policy 

Custom Items: Custom made items are exempt from the consumer contract regulations, the only exception being is if they're faulty. 

We endeavour to offer the best customer service possible, and if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as we aim to have very happy customers.

Variations 

Please note that designs/materials are subject to availability, where requested if we do not have the exact materials to achieve the design requested, a suitable alternative will be used, we endeavour to notify our customers of these changes, but reserve the right not to. Please note that colours/designs of items may appear differently from what photographs display, due to filters, lighting, and photo edits. We do not offer refunds (partial or full) for this.

I will always ensure the customer is as happy as possible and endeavour to sort any problems out as quickly as possible. 

Vinyl Items

Products Are Not Dishwasher Safe. Nor Washing Machine Safe Due to personalisation. Vinyls will peel if the temperature of the water is too hot. Warm soapy water / Handwash is advisable. 

Clothing items

Please ensure you use the size guide to ensure you are ordering the correct size needed. Sizes may diff from one clothing item to the next and Love from Lucy will not accept responsibility for any clothing items that do not fit correctly and no refunds will be given. 

All clothing orders will include a washing instructions sheet, these directions must be followed to ensure the quality of your clothing item is maintained.  

 These instructions include

 Wash inside out

Do not use fabric softener

Wash at 40’c or below

Do not iron direct onto decal

Not suitable for the tumble dryer 

Customs orders 

I love accepting custom orders and will always try my best to create what you are looking for. Message me with your ideas and I will give you a quote based upon the amount of hours I estimate the project will take. I won't move from the agreed price so you can rest assured there will never be any nasty surprises.
